The purpose of this CD is to kick start your ability to heal yourself using laughter; hopefully your own.
Track 1 has some beautiful music in the background to encourage you to relax and unwind. While the music is playing I guide you into a relaxed meditative state and bring your attention to each of the Chakras in turn.
You don't have to consciously listen to me because your unconscious will be listening behind the scenes to make this work for you. While you are totally relaxed and drifting at your pleasure, I will introduce sounds of laughter into the time allocated for each of the chakras, so that healing energies will mix with laughter. Once we have completed the chakra sequence, I will guide you back to conscious space and wake you up.
Track 2 has my voice and all the talking removed, so you just have relaxing music with times of laughter.
Track 3 has the voice and music removed, so you are left with one long track of solid and pure laughter.
This allows you to use the audio material in different settings. For example, Track 2 has been used by office staff to relax during a stressful day, while I heard that Track 3 was being used during children's birthday parties so the kids can join in laughing when they are having fun and playing, which I thought was very imaginative.
